Dari jumlah itu, Priyo memaparkan, di Malaysia TKI yang terancam hukuman mati sebanyak 151 orang. Lalu di Arab Saudi sebanyak 43 orang. Di Cina 22 orang, lantas di Singapura sebanyak dua orang.

Di Malaysia, Priyo menjelaskan, kebanyakan diancam karena diduga melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan dan obat terlarang. Sedangkan di Arab Saudi dari 43, sebanyak lima orang hanya menunggu waktu untuk dipancung.

Sementara di Cina, lanjut Priyo, dari 22 orang, sembilan di antaranya sudah divonis hukuman mati. "Di Cina menarik karena ada ikhtiar, dari hukuman mati diubah menjadi seumur hidup, dan diubah lagi menjadi 20 tahun penjara karena berkelakuan baik," tutur Priyo.(AIS)
