Pesawat Baru N-219 Garapan PT DI Dibandrol US$ 4 Juta

Jakarta - PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) akan segera menyelesaikan produksi pesawat teranyarnya N-219. Pesawat N-219 akan menjalani proses sertifikasi pada 2013, diperkirakan akan mengudara tahun 2014.

Head of Structure Design PT Dirgantara Indonesa Budi Sampurno mengatakan pesawat tipe ini sudah bisa diterbangkan di dalam negeri karena telah memiliki sertifikat FAR 23, yaitu sertifikat untuk tipe pesawat kecil.

"Sudah dirancang sesuai dengan sertifikat FAR 23," katanya kepada detikFinance ketika ditemui di kantor Kementerian Perindustrian Kamis (23/6/2011).

Budi menjelaskan, untuk penjualan tahun pertama di 2014 pesawat baru ini akan dipasarkan di dalam negeri. Ditargetkan N-219 bisa meraup penjualan sebanyak 154 pesawat.

"Untuk tahun 2014, targetnya lokal dulu. Untuk sipil sebanyak 97 pesawat, untuk militer 57 pesawat. Harganya kira-kira US$ 4 juta (Rp 34 miliar kurs Rp 8500/US$)," tuturnya.

Budi menjelaskan, komponen dari pesawat ini hanya 40% yang diproduksi di dalam negeri, sisanya masih didatangkan dari negera lain. Namun, Budi percaya pesawat N-219 ini komponen lokalnya akan bisa mencapai 60%.

"Kursi dan interior diusahakan dalam negeri. Target tahun 2014 komponen lokalnya mencapai 40% dan bertahap mudah-mudahan akan bisa mencampai 60% komponen lokalnya," jelasnya.

Untuk peluang ekspor, lanjut Budi, sudah ada beberapa negara yang tertarik untuk membeli pesawat ini, salah satunya Aljazair. Bahkan, Aljazair menawarkan untuk dapat membuat pabrik perakitannya di sana.

"Aljazair tertarik untuk beli. Mereka juga menawarkan bikin pabrik di sana. Tapi masih dalam taraf tertarik saja belum ada perjanjian resmi," ujarnya.

Bahkan Negeri Ginseng Korea Selatan (Korsel) juga terlihat tertarik sampai menawarkan diri membantu mengajukan sertifikat kelayakan terbang N-219 ke Amerika Serikat. Korsel berharap agar pesawat N-219 tersebut dapat beroprasi di langit negara mereka.

"Korea Selatan mencoba yang katanya mau membawa ke Amerika untuk serifikasi. Biar pesawatnya bisa masuk ke Korea. Ya baru taraf penjajakan aja," jelasnya.

Pesawat ini, kata Budi, rencananya baru akan dibuat sebanyak 4 unit di tahun 2013, dua pesawat akan digunakan untuk menguji di udara dan dua pesawat lainnya untuk diuji di laboratorium.

Lebih lanjut Budi menjelaskan, pesawat ini memang lebih cocok untuk penerbangan perintis di wilayah Indonesia Timur. Maskapai penerbangan seperti Merpati pun siap untuk menerbangkan pesawat tipe N-219.

"Departemen Perhubungan sudah siap ingin membeli pesawat, nanti Merpati sebagai operatornya," imbuhnya.

Pesawat tipe N-219 memiliki kapasitas untuk mengangkut 19 penumpang dengan pola tempat duduk setiap barisnya berisi 3 kursi. Untuk lepas landas pesawat ini hanya membutuhkan jarak sekitar 430 meter dan untuk mendarat membutuhkan jarak sekitar 480 meter. Pesawat ini mampu untuk melakukan penerbangan sekitar 5-6 jam untuk pengisian bahan bakar penuh.
